There are two places where you can seek UL training in Alberta that I’m aware of.  There’s Blue Yonder aviation at Indus, just southeast of Calgary, and one at Westlock called Snowbird Aviation.

An internet search for each of them will yield all their respective contact information.  For RPP or PPL training there is the Calgary Flying Club at Springbank Airport, Skywings Aviation at Okotoks and Red Deer,and the Calgary Flight Training Centre, at Olds-Didsbury.
