Just Fun Flying

Got 5 minutes, or so? Have a look at some of the flying we do in southern Alberta, Canada. Most of the airplanes here are amateur-built, and all are owned by members of the Calgary Recreational & Ultralight Flying Club. The planes shown here cruise from 75 to 175 mph and we’ve flown all over the continent in them. We fly every chance we can and often engage in group flights at any time of year when the weather is good.

This was shot with a variety of video cameras, including a Drift HD170 Stealth, a Canon HF S30, an iPod Touch 4G, and even a Kodak Playful.

Come along and enjoy a short jaunt with us as we show you some truly fun flying!
