I think the commercial pilot license is where students have trouble following through. Pilot licensing in Canada is regulated by Transport Canada, and the costs of the commercial pilot can be too great for most people’s budgets. The private pilot license can cost anywhere from $7000-$10,000. The Commercial pilot license can cost nearly $40,000.
